Daylighting Kitchens
Kitchens are usually on the ground floor and, unless the property is a single storey bungalow, would commonly have a room above, but this does not necessarily hinder the installation of a Solatube; we have no difficulty in routing our tubing to the room desired by using 0-90 degree adjustable angles and concealing the tubing in the room above.
The most popular choice of light tubes for kitchens is the 290 DS. A recent project in a 17th-century barn conversation saw the installation of 4 Solatube Square diffuser systems located between the ceiling beams. So whether your home is modern or not so new, we can bring daylight into any kitchen.
