All Solatube products are made from the highest quality material and designed for many years of trouble-free use. Solatube warrants systems to be free from defects of workmanship and/or material for a period of time from the date of purchase:

10 years for daylighting system components

5 years for electrical accessories unless otherwise noted

Non-Solatube branded or bespoke products are subject to the manufacturer's own warranty

Daylighting system components consist of domes, roof flashing, bases, diffusers, diffuser ceiling mountings, reflective tubing, plastic, rubber or metal seals and gaskets, tapes and fasteners.

Should any products be determined by Daylight Delivery Systems Limited to be defective, at the option of Daylight Delivery Systems Limited, such products will be repaired or replaced and returned within a reasonable time to the Buyer free from defect. If Daylight Delivery Systems Limited provides a replacement product, the warranty on the replacement will last only for the balance of the original product warranty period. Daylight Delivery Systems Limited shall not be responsible for installation of replacement products.
